I smoked pot and it's worn off but I still feel like I'm not in control of my body. What can I do to help?

I smoked pot yesterday and my buzz is worn off but i still feel like I'm not in total control of my body. What are some things I can do to make it go away faster. Is there anything I can eat or drink to help?

I'm done with pot.

You might feel this way because your so stressed and upset w/yourself for making a bad decision. Just relax and give yourself a break. You made a bad choice and learned from it, life goes on. Take a nap, drink lots of water in case your dehydrated, eat a good healthy meal and try to relax. Hope you feel better soon!
