Hey, I'm about to buy a classical guitar and I was wondering what are the disadvantages of a Rosewood Fretboard and Ebony Fretboard, along with the advantages of both of them. Please tell me everything you know. My choices are between the two....

It will affect the tone. Rosewood will give a warmer tone and the ebony a bit brighter. It all depends on the sound you like. Try them both out and see!

with an acoustic guitar what is the best kind of wood for a nice crisp sound, with good high notes?
i am looking for one that's crisp, has a nice tone, and sounds really good with the high strings. I don't really know how else to explain it. if you have any ideas let me know =) i know its low but i need something around 400 at the absolute max

which is better, a rogue ra100d, or an epiphone dr100 acoustic guitar?

Well, for $100, you'll get a "cheap" guitar. If you want "good quality", you'll need to spend more.
Of the 2 instruments you listed, I'd go with the Epiphone. I've seen Rogue banjos and Rogue ukeleles and haven't been impressed with the quality.
