Palmdale Bicycle Accident Lawyer’s Top Ten Reasons Why Hiring a Bicycle Accident Lawyer is the Right Thing to Do
1. Good fortune will follow you the rest of your life.
2. The stars in the sky will shine down on you.
3. It will drive the insurance company nuts.
4. A weight will be lifted off your shoulders.
5. Every time you hire a lawyer, an angel gets into heaven.
6. You’ll get a prize in your next box of cereal.
7. Your dog and cat will thank you.
8. It says so in this article.
9. Ask your mother. She’ll tell you that’s true.
10. Trust us. We’re lawyers.
Here are ten useful tips of advice from a bicycle accident lawyer to follow if you have been in an accident. You can also learn more about how to handle a bicycle accident in Palmdale, or any city, by calling the Law Offices of R. Sebastian Gibson at any of the numbers which can be found on our website at http://www.SebastianGibsonLaw.com and learning how we can assist you.
Obviously, if you have had an accident, and you are reading all of this advice, it may have been a few hours since the accident. However, if you ever have another accident, or if it’s only been a few hours since you were hurt, here’s what you should do from the start.
First, take a look around and determine if you or anyone, are hurt. If so, taking steps like trying to prevent further injury or loss of blood are the most important thing you can do. Even if some other driver caused you to be injured, it’s just good manners to help the other driver if they are hurt. They may even be so thankful that they admit their fault to you. The worst thing you can do is get angry or start a fight.
Second, make sure everyone is safe from being injured further. If you are in the middle of traffic, and you are dizzy, sit down away from traffic. If your vehicle is a traffic hazard and you have accident warning devices like flares or triangles, put them out on the road to warn other drivers and get away from the car. Let the police an other emergency personnel investigate the scene with the vehicles in place and move them more safely at a later point.
Third, call the police. Accident reports are extremely helpful if the police will do such a report. Let the police know you are injured immediately. Answer the police questions honestly. But if you are dazed or confused, let them know you need medical treatment and answer only what you feel sure about. Remember, your statements can and will be used against you if you admit fault, and it will be too late and too fishy to later say you didn’t know what you were saying at the scene. Police know that your best recollection is immediately after an accident.
Fourth, get the other driver’s information including their names, addresses, driver’s license numbers, make and model of their vehicles, license plate numbers, and their insurance company name and policy number. If there are witnesses, get their names, addresses and telephone numbers as well. If the other driver makes any admissions of fault, write those down as well.
Fifth, if you have a camera on your cell phone or in the car and you aren’t too injured, take some photos of the vehicles and the scene. If you can’t do it right away, do it after you are released from the hospital.
Sixth, if you are hurt, obtain medical treatment. Don’t decline the ambulance or hospital examination to save your insurance company money or to be stoic. Take your valuables out of your car if you can and get checked out at the hospital. If you are not hurt, don’t get treatment you don’t need. However, remember, after an accident, you may feel a rush of adrenaline that causes you to only start feeling symptoms of pain a few hours later. If you have a health plan that requires you to obtain permission first, call them and find out where you are allowed to seek treatment.
Seventh, call a good bicycle accident attorney as soon as you have had your initial treatment, so the lawyer can gather other important evidence and prevent the insurance company from taking advantage of you and obtaining such things as recorded statements that you feel fine, when many of your symptoms have yet to manifest themselves. A good bicycle accident attorney can save you from making a great deal of mistakes and can shoulder much of the hassle of knowing what to do about car repairs, car rentals, medical treatment, witness statements and the like. If you think you will save money by not having an attorney, think again. A good bicycle accident lawyer can almost always obtain much higher settlements, obtain reductions of medical bills and insurance liens and prevent you from making costly mistakes. Also, most bicycle accident attorneys advance costs of obtaining police reports, medical records and the like and are paid and reimbursed for these costs only out of any settlement.
Eight, you will need to report the accident to your insurance company, but since they will want to take a recorded statement from you, just like any other driver’s insurance company, it’s good advice to retain an attorney first. And if the other driver did not have insurance, remember that it is your own insurance company that will be your adversary. You will also need to report the accident to the Department of Motor Vehicles and your lawyer can give you the form for this.
Ninth, do not agree to settle your claim privately with the person at fault for the accident. This almost never works out to your advantage. Don’t agree not to call the police. Police reports that determine the fault for an accident are golden. Your agreement to not involve the police only affords an opportunity for the other driver to change his story and blame you when the police will no longer investigate the accident.
Tenth, don’t pay a traffic ticket without a fight if you weren’t at fault or agree to accept a small payment for your vehicle repairs without knowing that the amount will in fact cover the cost of all the repairs.

Where to find a bridge for Epiphone SG.?
I need to know where I can find a new bridge and nut for an Epiphone SG.
Don't care whether its in a store or online.
(Checked Guitar Center but wasn't sure if they had the correct one because it's Gibson brand).
http://guitarandbassparts.com/epiphone/bridge.php
tune-o-matic bridge
http://www.graphtech.com/search.html
epiphone nut.
http://www.graphtech.com/product-137-2/
I'm pretty sure the tune-0-matic is probably not model specific and can mount on any model of gibson/epiphone.
You may have to choose between the Standard or Modern version bridge though. If you just want a straight up replacement part just check if you have the thumbwheel adjustment or not.
read on the bridge here:

Shouldn't be too hard.

"The first thing that comes to mind when listening to this fascinating folk duo -- vocalist Bethany Yarrow, daughter of folk legend Peter Yarrow, and veteran five-string cellist Rufus Cappadocia -- is a slightly darker and more gritty Tuck & Patti, mostly due to the sparse production and Yarrow's compelling, low husky tones. But while Tuck & Patti are, at the end of the day, true romantics, Bethany & Rufus edge deeper in the darker spaces between groove, jazz and a gritty approach to traditional folk. With Yarrow's voice shadowing Cappadocia's plucky melodic/rhythmic approach to the bass, the two blend influences from dusty American field recordings to modern jazz (the cheeky "Isn't That So"), from light folk-pop (the snappy title track, "900 Miles") to the griot traditions of Africa ("If I Had My Way (Samson & Delilah)"). Hypnotic pieces like "The Swallow" and "Asturiana" allow Cappadocia to venture into chamber music territory as he creates haunting, sustained notes under his partner's ethereal lead. While these songs may take a few listens to fully resonate, there's no denying that in a world where a lot of fluffy pop passes as folk, Bethany & Rufus, in taking a more original road, have come up with the real deal." -- Jonathan Widran

Help on acoustic/electric guitars???
I got about 200-300 bucks to spend on an acoustic/electric guitar. Ive narrowed it down to the Ibanez V or the Ovation celebrity gc057. Which is better?? or is there another for close to the same price?
Thanks guys see ive played both of them already and im leaning towards teh ovation...im gonna go back again soon and replay them. The only problem i hear is the ovation is really slippery. Is that really that bad?
I had an Ovation in the 80's, bought it in 'Manny's' New York. The sound was really good, but if you want to rest it on your knee, forget it.
If I were you, I'd have a serious look at the 'Takamine' range. I was interested in the £600 electric classical, can't remember the model number.
Anyway, I tried the £300 cheaper one and guess what ? I loved it and bought it ... that means a lot less bucks than 300.
Go for it !!!

Bon Jovi: Slippery When Wet, Or Even When Touring
Bon Jovi have been on the go as a rock band for 24 years, and at the top of their game for just as long. Formed in 1983 by lead singer Jon Bon Jovi, guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboardist David Bryan, bassist Alec John Such, and drummer Tico Torres, Bon Jovi have amassed record sales and adulation the world over, and have been reponsible for some of the most memorable rock tracks produced throughout the 1980's and 1990's.
Their first two albums released in their first two years sold at mediocre levels; Bon Jovi only reaching number 71 in the UK - although 7800° Fahrenheit faired sightly better at number 28. But it wasn't until the release of Slippery When Wet in 1986, and New Jersey two years later, that they really hit the big time. These albums sold 19 million copies and earned them eight top ten single hits; to put it another way, they launched the band into stratospheric stardom.
With the success of these albums also came a heavy touring schedule, which saw them travel the world almost constantly over the next two years. They eventually took a break in 1990, during which time Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora both released successful solo albums.
In 1992 the band returned to the music scene as though they had never left, with the hugely successful Keep the Faith album, and have since gone on to regularly and consistently release further albums, all them going platinum.
In 2006 they won their first Grammy with Who Says You Can't Go Home, for Best Country Collaboration with Jennifer Nettles from Sugarland. They also became the first rock band to reach number 1 in the Hot Country Songs chart with the same song.
Throughout their career, the band released ten studio albums, and in addition charted 19 singles that made it into the Top 40, four of which landed at number 1: You Give Love a Bad Name, Livin' On A Prayer, Bad Medicine and I'll Be There for You.
Bon Jovi also hold the record for the most weeks spent at number 1 for a hard rock album with Slippery When Wet, as well as the most Top 10 singles from a hard rock album with New Jersey, which charted five singles.
Over the past 24 years, Bon Jovi has sold over 120 million albums worldwide, 34 million of those in the United States alone, making them undisputably the kings of modern day rock and roll.

Do Not Give Up! I Can Make You A Center Of Attraction - A Worthy Superstar
You may have experienced a cycle of discomfort that caused you to crack a smile in public and pipe your eyes in private which downcasted into the core of cockles of your heart and called into being a seething cauldron of hurt and heart-break that your soul with feeling at cross purposes that left your soul with feeling at cross purposes that move swiftly in undulations; the truth is they are mirage in their entirety. Pull yourself together and draw a blank on the storm you weathered through.
Bridge the gap with an act that have in view and in a brown study of the authenticity and reality of life from the uppermost vantage point and have the ability to hear the still, small voice of God's Spirit in you. Carry your destiny to successful completion.
Be optimistic, do not debase yourself, you are too BIG to bring the divine ability that is at work in you to a standstill, do not be so good as to get down from your high level of phantom of the mind; let nothing stop you, let the whole world hear from you.
The requirements of life might have pushed us into a heavyhearted and threatening hugger-muggery. The overpress of our byzanthine society and the cold sweat that downcasted into the core of our heart of hearts in quest of our veritable and unquestionable identity and purpose may silent us as a stone on the exquisite and well-favoured lane of destiny.
The consternation or trepidation of being counted on when feel needed may make us feel discomposed and force us to the truculent state of life but the truth is we must be strong and stand on our toes; there is no need to be afraid or turn our toes to daisies inconspicuously, we have to live up to our God's given destiny in view of the fact that divinity is at work in humanity in us and we hold the reins of the system that drives the progress of humanity.
The threatening of your environment and the denials from those who were supposed to be your friends may increase the meat-and-potatoes of cold sweat of no go and privation that upset your applecart and dash your hope for you to grind with your teeth. The loss of sense of purpose, understanding and resources that is as strong as a bull which recruits your strength to bring home the bacon may have a go at defecting your expectation in fulfilling your true identity and God's given destiny.
The making of a valiant attempt to conform, puzzle out life, swim on your own cup of tea and live up to your unquestionable identity, intention and intense, high-wrought emotion that compels to action may take you to the extreme edge of life but you can be great by keeping your sixth sense alive and living with the consciousness of who you really are!
Be au courant and alive, God is faithful and He has chosen you; if you do not give up, men, women and even children will stand in ovation and panegyrize you.

My guitar was recently discontinued, does this raise or lower its value?
I'm looking to sell it. By the way I have an ovation acoustic/ electric cc057 celebrity. If anybody has an estimate on how much it is worth that would be very helpful.
I've got some bad news for you.Ovation guitars are not considered "collector" guitars and so if you're planning on the value going up because it was discontinued,it isn't going to happen. You don't mention what condition the guitar is in,but you can expect it to be worth less than you paid because it is a used and not a rare collectible.
Unless you are strapped for money, you may as well keep it and play it.That is why you bought it in the first place.
