Which type of strings rust faster!?
I can't afford buying elixir strings (nanoweb) for my bass and guitar so i need help...
I plan on buying Ernie Ball strings only!! but they have stainless steel and nickel so i wanna know which doesn't rust fast.
My fingers sweat like crazy when playing (play an average of 1~2 hours in a gig non-stop) and thats the only thing that might cause the rusting but all the other stuff like drying with dry cloth which i also do. The string starts to rust in 6 months with bass (bassist most of the time) and guitar like 7~8months.
Why are your strings rusting? I've used probably every string out there and never once had them rust. If even the tiniest spot of rust were to appear I'd throw the whole set away.
Nickel does not rust, and is also one of the major alloys of stainless steel so it's not the string. Buy either. However, you need to start wiping down your strings EVERY TIME you play (with a dry cloth), keep your guitar out of moisture laden areas, and change strings often.

Olympus Digital Photography Tips
At first glance you might not even notice this little camera among the others, but don't let its looks fool you as the Olympus Camedia C7000 is a powerful digital camera in a small package. Boasting a 7.1 megapixel range, very user-friendly controls, and excellent quality output, this camera is hard to beat.
With its innovative and useful new features and you have a rival to challenge most others for the best digital cameras available. Let's take a closer look at the Olympus C7000
The Olympus C7000 is the smallest camera in its class, and weighing in at a mere 7.7 ounces means that this is camera is going to be as heavy as it is large, and keep in mind that there is a lot packed into this camera!
Upon closer inspection you find that the Olympus C7000 boasts a rather stylish metal body, finished in a sleek titanium color. Well laid out controls grace the back of the camera, along with a crisp 2-inch LCD screen that remains easy to see even in bright sunlight thanks to semi-transmissive TFT technology.
The CCD sensor located deep inside the C7000 has the ability to capture 7.1 megapixels of photographic information and when combined with a 5X optical zoom lens capable of 35-mm focal lengths varying from 38mm to 190mm, this camera more than lives up to its ability to capture top quality photographs.
One can enjoy taking sharp and clean photos with outstanding color representation and very little noise or distortion due to the TruePic TURBO image processor. Users can be notified of over and underexposed areas in photos in any shooting mode through color-coded highlighting as well as real time histogram. The C7000 can also record VGA video at 30 frames per second, and has both a microphone and speaker built in for recording and playback.
When you press the power button on the top of the C7000 you will be pleased with the time it takes to fire up coming in at under a single second. The feeling doesn't stop with just speed. You will find the controls to be where you want them to be located and the user friendly external controls will never leave you second guessing how a function is performed.
Find the way through the menu controls using the LCD is also kept simple, and advanced users will be delighted to have many appealing features such as Autofocus Target Selection and Red-Eye Fix so easily accessible.
Photos are stored using xD-Picture Cards, and Olympus have included a 32MB card in the box so you can get started taking photos right away. A USB 2.0 connection is used to transfer photos to your computer, and the cable for this is also included.
You will also find in the box a lithium ion rechargeable battery which powers the Olympus C7000, along with a compatible charger. Depending on the camera settings you should be able to get about 200 shots from this camera between battery charges.
With all of the excellent features the Olympus C7000 has to offer, the shortcomings are very few. They are so few in fact, the only one to truly be noted is with the Autofocus. It occasionally has problems when used in low-lit conditions. It still works well in bright light, even if not as fast as similar cameras offered for the same price.
One feature not yet cited in this review is the time-lapse setting that can set the camera to take photos automatically at 1 to 60-minute intervals. It is features like this along with the many others that make the Olympus C7000 a highly recommended option.

Which distortion pedal is better?
Which one would be the best with a marshall JCM 900 100 watt combo?
-Boss DS-1 Distortion
-Boss DS-2 Turbo distortion
I like the boss ds-2 better because you can foot switch for more distortion but is the ds1 better? or are they the same with just the option for dist. modes on the ds2 or does the ds1 have better tone etc. stuff like that?
I actually own both, and both are decent. If you are playing standard rock and roll, and just need an average bit of distortion, the DS-1 is fine. If you are playing heavy metal or any other kind of aggressive music, the DS-2 has a little bit more to offer. It all really depends on what you are playing and what you need out of it. Good luck. -JB

Media Power vs: guitar cable?
Model is the way you'll know what kind of guitar lines that your best products or not. I have a Takamine EG540C nanoweb elixer and I and some media. elixer polyweb some extra power why I do not know me think I should have a power that goes with the 'happy medium' ... But that would require me to go. Store again ... and they will answer my question. Hmmm ... thoughts?
It depends on the type of music you are looking to play some lines and light Feel easy to play, while the middle will fizzle dealer. If you want to play music like a soft, warm, gentle music that I use the media if you're looking to play more. Punk D - win or stain like more than to fire I'm on fire to get more sound from the brass base, I make it sound better in my opinion.
