What's a good, and cheap guitar effect pedal?
Ok, well first of all I'm not guitar savy so sorry 
I'm looking for a good, but cheap guitar pedal. Nothing more than $200. Preferably one that is like Jack Whites. One with a lot 'o weird sounds, and effects.
Jack White doesn't have one pedal that makes all the sounds he uses. Very few pro guitarists do. Instead, he has discrete stompboxes for different effects: a Big Muff distortion pedal, a Whammy octave/pitch shift pedal, and probably others.
If your amp has built-in distortion, I recommend you try and get something like a Whammy or an Electro-Harmonix HOG/POG if you're into Jack White's style.

Which guitar effect pedals should i buy to create a great blues tone ?
I'm leaning towards the boss blues driver with the keeley mod and I've already ordered the Boss super overdrive to try as well. Is the keeley mod worth it ? Do I need a compressor ? If so, Which one ? Mxr custom, keeley mod, Boss cs3/cs2. Is it worth keeping my boss ge7 equaliser or should I sell it to create funds ? Also I have an Ibanez OD850. It's vintage and sounds like a fuzz pedal like a Big Muff rather than an overdrive. Does anyone know how much it would be worth ?
More than anything you need a tube amp that you can crank to the max. That's where most of the tone comes from... not the pedals.
Get something in the 20-30W range. If you get a 100W amp, you'll NEVER be in a situation where you can crank it. Even if you're playing a big football stadium. If you're playing a venue that large, you're getting mic'd. Once that mic goes down in front of your amp, your volume has to come to, which means you have to say "bye-bye" to that sweet tube tone.
Keep the GE7. It's always a good idea to have a couple equalizer pedals around. One handy thing to try out is to stick an EQ pedal on either side of your distortion. Experiment to figure out how different incoming frequencies affect the distortion, then use the other EQ to shape it after the fact. Find your perfect tone, then look at the curves you've set on each EQ. Get some pickups that match the response of the first EQ, then set your amp's tone settings to match the second. Now you've got killer tone with fewer pieces of gear mucking about with it, which is always better.

Look for the head unit is good or not?
I am looking for the head office that allows you to control bass to your sub and speakers. I makes it ideally would like to have all Out of my sub bass and treble coming from my speakers. Then there would be no distortion. If you know of the head office is "very, I do appreciate what it is. Thank you:).
Go with the brand. (Suppliers) that you like and look for one that is output to the subwoofer can be controlled from the radio, amp to sub to handle any frequency. Sub-base so you can have the low road and still get lots of bass from the sub. (I keep my bass on the radio less than half). You can buy a crossover to active or passive control. It is an 1981 Aria Pro II Cardinal Series electric guitar..
Also, how much is a Line 6 Distortion Modeler Stomp Box and Line 6 Tone Core Tap Tremolo pedal worth?
From reviews, it seems to be an amazing guitar. I don't know how much it would go for. I doubt Guitar Center or any major music store will take it from you, but eBay or a local music store would be your best bet. Most people I've read about are buying them for 50-100 dollars. It's probably worth more though.
