CAR ELECTRONIC HELP! Is it possible to wire a neon light through my sub wires so that it flashes with the sub?

i want to put a neon on my sub box but i cant find the ones with the audio thing already on them. can i wire it right through the sub wires so it flashes with them? if so, at what connection do i do that at?
