Is there a strap button to replace an endpin jack on an acoustic guitar when you are no longer using a pickup?
I'm no longer using an endpin jack, which leaves a large hole where the strap button needs to go. Does anyone make a plug/filler for this?

Now, if you want to fill the hold, you will need a round tapered-type of dowel. You can make it yourself also. Make sure it's 1/16" bigger than the original hole. It doesn't need to be more than 1" long. The reason for this length is that usually, the screw usually is 1/2'" into the wood once it is screwed it.
By having less than 1" , you risk splitting the dowel when you try to screw it. Better to have a little extra room to hold the screw. Don't worry about the sound. It is unaffected.
When you try the dowel, and you see that it will fight snug, add white carpenter's glue first, then push the dowel in. If you want a good tight bond. Use contact glue which is what I suggest.
You add glue to the opening first , and then to the dowel. Let it rest 5 minutes or more until it becomes tacky. Now gently push the dowel in and leave it. Let it rest one day before screwing in the new endpin.
Don't worry. The contact clue is like steel once it is set. Don't over-tighthen the screw and don't forget to drill a small hole into the dowel before screwing it in to prevent the pin from breaking and to make it easier for the screw to enter.

Which eReader device to pick?
I'm in the military, so I can't really lug around too many books since we travel a lot. I had to end up paying extra at the airport for a bag I was carrying books in. I've been looking into different ebook readers and I'm not exactly sure which to go with. There's Amazon and Sony that seem to be the main ones, but there's a couple more.
I need something somewhat durable, looks nice, and works well. I read lots of different kinds of books but don't really read the newspaper or any of the sort, so serials aren't a big deal.
If you travels a lot, you must be going to the Amazon Kindle. It is the only device that have international 3G wireless (which is free), and you can download books and look for information on Google, Wikipedia, Gmail, etc.

I own the Kindle 2 and I like it very much. It is better than Sony Reader because Amazon provide good content support, and the number of books available in Kindle format is kept on increasing (right now there are 300,000 Kindle books). Sony Reader, however, many users complain that it is difficult to find suitable books.
And the main problem is that books on Sony Reader are much more expensive than that on the Kindle (tips: if you're outside the U.S. all the Kindle books you see will have a price of US$2 added. But if you choose to download to computer when you check out, the $2 will be waived. So you can get the books US$2 cheaper even if you're outside the United States, and you can copy the books to your Kindle through USB cable). And many Kindle books, magazines and newspapers are cheaper than the actual paper version. Other benefits of the Kindle over Sony Reader include the free wireless internet access (now available internationally in many countries), and the text-to-speech function.
And you know, Amazon gave a price drop for the Kindle 2 just before Xmas. It is now at a really good price.

Do you think its ok to mix enfamil Ar with enfamil premium?
Just wondering if its ok to mix them together since he is going to go on just enfamil premium so I thought instead of giving him the premium all at once I could mix the to so he would get used to it being thinner. enfamil Ar is very very thick and thats all hes been used to. For about a month I have been using the enfamil to mix with his cereal cause the ar is just to thick.
That's what I had to do. We were switching from the rice enriched to just regular enfamil, so we started mixing it to help our daughter adjust to it. If you're already using it in his cereal, it probalby won't take his body as long to adjust to it. Don't be surprised if his bowel movements seems a little softer or wetter, though, as the Ar seemed to thicken my daughter's BM's to a clay like substance.
