How can you diet & tone up successfully; Lack of self control when it comes to cupcakes and pasta ):?

Well, if you don't have those things around, then you can't have them, can you? Do not make or purchase cupcakes. You need to learn to will yourself away from them.
As for pasta, choose a healthier pasta and only cook a single serving of it. You could go for whole wheat pasta but I hate it because it reminds me of chewing hunks of cardboard. It's gross. So you could get vegetable based pasta (i.e. the green and orange pastas that you see) and only cook a single serving.
You could also use spaghetti squash (do a Google/Yahoo search for how to prepare it) and use that in place of pasta. It's delicious and much healthier.
Use a single serving of a tomato-based sauce, and then you can transfer the remaining sauce in the jar into a container to put in the freezer for use later.
To add volume to your pasta, add steamed veggies. Broccoli, Zucchini, yellow summer squash, onions, carrots, green beans, etc. Those you can add with relatively few limits, and they are delicious with pasta.
Do aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, and include a weight training program that you do every other day to tone up.

Guitar Hero..Can you play two people with only one person having a guitar and the other with a remote control?
For the WII or for Xbox 360.
I have one guitar, but can someone else play with me and use the control that the console comes with?
Yes you can. All versions of the game since the orinigal GH have been able to do it, though it's not all that much fun. Wii controls are something like (when held in NES style)
Green = B
Red = D-Pad Left
Yellow = A
Blue = 1
Orange = 2
Whammy = shake
Star Power = D-Pad Up
