How do I strum between guitar strings without a pick?
I've always preferred using my fingers over a guitar pick and I always have wondered how to strum in between strings
for example
strumming between the E string and the A string at a medium tempo
What is the best way to strum between strings? If you can help me then thanks, I will greatly appreciate it.
This is a little hard to answer for me because I strum with my fingers instead of a pick for the very reason that I'm able to be more precise with what strings I hit.
But when I'm really having trouble hitting the wrong strings - I usually mute the strings I don't want to hit. With some chords you have an extra finger or two available to mute strings. Depending on the size of your hand you should usually have your thumb for muting E and A at least. And if a chord takes all four fingers, you can usually hold a finger down on one fret while also muting an adjacent string (like using the middle finger in a C/G chord that you've slid up the fretboard to mute the G string while still holding down the fret on the D string)

Can vintage strat tuners fit into a Squire headstock?
I have a squire neck and I want to put some vintage tuners on it . The holes look large and I don't know if vintage style will fit.
Yes, they are all standard. The screw holes on the back may not line up, but they all fit the headstock. Even the "oversized" headstock has the same tuner holes.
