effects processor to the mixer?
hi.
i play the guitar, and record my music using a yamaha usb mixer
i was wondering, if i got a digitech rp80 effects processor, could i send the output straight to the mixer to record, or would i still need to get a pre-amp?
thanks.
Hiya,
Though not really my field, the simple answer is, if the computer you are connecting to has a pre-amplified sound card, there is a strong possbility of getting a required result.
Try using the Line-In connection, to test this theory. remembering to set up the levels required.
If the above fails, then you need to pre-amp the unit in question.
Hope the above helps,
Alex
